I stopped by this Starbucks expecting to get some work done, but unfortunately the Wi-Fi wasn’t working. I understand that technical issues happen, but what was more frustrating was the response when I asked about it. The employees, including the shift supervisor, seemed dismissive and uninterested in helping or providing any information about when the issue might be resolved. It’s honestly strange to encounter a Starbucks without functioning Wi-Fi, especially since Starbucks has long been known as a reliable place for people to work, study, and meet. The lack of connectivity combined with the indifferent customer service made for a disappointing experience. I’ll likely have to find another location to work from in the future. If I’m going to spend my time and money somewhere, I expect both the basic amenities and a reasonable level of customer service.

I just visited this location and had a very disappointing experience. The girl working the drive-thru was incredibly rude and seemed annoyed the entire time. She repeatedly rolled her eyes while helping me, and when I needed to scan my app, she grabbed the card reader and slammed it down on the counter as if she was frustrated that she had to assist me. There was absolutely no reason for the attitude or unprofessional behavior. Customers should be treated with basic respect, and this interaction left a terrible impression. If someone is that visibly irritated by doing their job, they probably shouldn’t be working in a customer service position. I hope management addresses this issue.

Tanner is an incredible person. Really made me feel welcome into the place. His smile and happiness lit up the room and really made it feel like home. My drink isn't easy to make nor get the information right. He did it on the first try. He is such an amazing person and I hope he gets promoted. Thank you for the amazing experience. 👏

Super duper huge thank you to staff that were in the shop today. Ashley, you are lovely 💛 I loved how the staff got excited about the cherry blossom🌸 merch that was jus put out. So sweet! Shout out to everyone else on while I was there: Laquan, Joseph, Tanner and Devin -- everyone was kind and hard working -- awesome! I can't wait to return!

This is one of the absolute worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Today, I spent $24 on 2 coffees and 2 cheese pastries. 2/28/26 9:21am, drive-thru. 13970. The cashier was rude (small lady, unsure of name) and our pastry was cold (possibly heated upside down?). Other times I have come here and the coffee (Venti Latte w/ cocnt mlk) tasted burned. I hate that it's the only option around. I never complain and I always tip. If you have another option, take it. Aviod!!!
